Like the fictional robot it’s named after, this cold-hearted C6 Corvette ZR1 has no mercy on its opponents.

In the world of Transformers, the character named Galvatron is a cold-hearted, arrogant, compassionless robotic villain that even plots against his own allies in an attempt at total domination. However, that nickname also suits this wicked C6 Corvette ZR1, which uses a whopping 1,000 horsepower and 900 pound-feet of torque to stalk and lay gaps on all sorts of exotic cars, as we can see in this video from That Racing Channel.

In stock form, the C6 Corvette ZR1 is already a menacing machine with old school characteristics. But in this case, the stock LS9 wasn’t quite enough for its owner, as he has removed it and replaced it with a Dart aluminum block that measures in at 427 cubic-inches and features forged internals for strength. Those include a Magnum crank, Cali IBM Enforcer rods, and Wiseco pistons.

The big small block was also treated to PRC 260cc heads and Johnson lifters before being fitted with a Kong Performance 2650 supercharger as the proverbial cherry on top. Even with the power turned down a touch because of the cold weather, the car still easily reaches the four-digit horsepower mark at the wheels. The owner also notes that he’s going to up the boost soon with a smaller pulley, and expects to add another hundred or two horsepower in the process.

If that isn’t enough, a 150 hp shot of nitrous is in the works as well, which will be designed to kick in at around 110 miles-per-hour as what one might call gap insurance. Regardless, this is no track-only car. The owner designed his C6 Corvette ZR1 to remain street-worthy, and it runs on pump E85 gas. The build is also extremely impressive in terms of attention to detail, unlike many other similar cars out there that focus solely on speed.

Lining up against a Porsche 911 GT3 RS, it’s quite clear just how dominant this C6 ZR1 really is. After an even start, it simply hooks and leaves the exotic track-focused machine in the dust. With the blower screaming, Galvatron has no mercy on its exotic opponent, widening that gap to several bus lengths by the time it’s all said and done. But from such a cold, heartless, purpose-built machine, we’d expect nothing less.
