Put up for sale by Corvette Forum member and YouTuber HorsePower Obsessed, C8 Corvette includes $15K worth of cosmetic mods.

The first anniversary of the C8 Corvette is upon us. We wonder how many 2021 examples will be built on that February day. However, all Corvette fans can agree this past year’s been a tough one. And yet, the first year of production was truly rewarding. All those decades of waiting for the V8 to go behind the cabin, now available through your dealer’s order books.

Speaking of the books, one Corvette Forum member is looking to buy a Z06 C8 Corvette. To do that, he plans to part ways with his 2020 Torch Red 2LT Z51.

“I am testing the waters with my 2020 C8 Corvette because I’d like to start putting money away towards the inevitable Z06,” writes HorsePower Obsessed. “The car has some mods, all cosmetic and could be removed and returned to stock if that’s how you’d prefer it. With that said, I’d like to sell it as is with all 15k+ worth of mods installed.”

The current star of his YouTube channel, his C8 Corvette features matching calipers and seat belts to go with the fiery red, the Engine Appearance package, mag-ride, and Carbon Flash wheels. The car’s mods, meanwhile, include XPEL paint protection with ceramic coating all around, a set of 20-inch Blaque Diamond wheels, and radiator grille protectors.

Unlike the rides to parade down the Mecum red carpet, this C8 Corvette’s actually been to a few places. As a result, the 6.2-liter LT2 V8’s logged some 9,500 miles. Some of those miles, of course, were captured on his YouTube channel. One in particular (at the end of this post) demonstrates the power of the Corvette’s enduring magnetism. There, a truck driver experiences the pure joy America’s sports car inspires within all.

“If it doesn’t sell it’s not a big deal,” the seller said. “I’ll hang on to it for now but I just thought I’d start into the ‘Z06 fund’ a little early if I could!”

The Pennsylvania-based seller is looking for $94,000 or best offer with the mods and protection. If this YouTube-famous C8 Corvette is what you need, give him a ring. Otherwise, there are more C8s up for sale in the classifieds.
