Back in 1994 the National Corvette Museum opened its doors for business for the first time. Each year since they’ve commemorated the occasion with a 3-day celebration on Labor Day weekend. Once piece of the festivities is the National Corvette Caravan which snakes its way to Bowling Green from various parts of the US and Canada. In 2014 the museum will be celebrating its 20th anniversary of the Grand Opening and registration for the event is already open.

The National Corvette Caravan is the annual kick-off to the Labor Day celebration. Thousands of Corvette enthusiasts make their way to Corvette’s current birthplace to participate in numerous Corvette lifestyle events.

We’re still a ways away from publication of the official list of activities, but planning for the 2014 National Corvette Caravan has been underway for quite some time already. For 2014 there is just one registration for both the 20th Anniversary Celebration and the National Corvette Caravan. The primary registration is for the anniversary event itself and there are now options to add in activities including the caravan. Other options include attending the Hall of Fame Induction Banquet, an event shirt and, for Lifetime members, a seat at the Lifetime/VIP dinner.

As the official agenda is finalized updates will be posted to the National Corvette Caravan page and announcements will appear in the NCM’s eNews newsletters and on their nifty Caravan Chat website.
