New Z06 Spotted on Public Road

Here’s a sight to behold – what appears to be the new 2015 Corvette Z06 getting some test time in on a public road.

The supposed blacked-out version of the highly-anticipated 2015 model was captured by YouTube user maxxtruck9906. A few observers have noted features like the car’s carbon fiber front splitter, side splitters and more aggressive rear spoiler as elements that clearly identify it as the new Z06 despite the absence of a few other distinctive design features.

Unfortunately, the clip lacks audio, so we don’t get to hear those 650 horses stampeding out of that supercharged LT4 6.2L engine.

Still, it’s a rather priceless 30-second clip for Corvette fans.
