’67 Nitrous Vette Near-Save at Drag Strip is Epic
I’ve got to give it to this guy: even though his Corvette spirals out of control on the drag strip, the near-save is “epic,” and I don’t throw that word around loosely. Most people who write about cars use “epic” as much as they use the words “horsepower” and “torque”.
In fact, I don’t think I’ve ever used it here at all, but seeing Mark “Woody” Woodruff try to keep his 1967 Nitrous ‘Vette under control before it hits the wall at Eddyville Dragway in Missouri is worth a few accolades. Sure, a total save is always the goal, but given the kind of power this thing has, it’s safe to say this bit of news could have turned out a whole lot worse.
