Facebook Fridays: The Corvette Smile

Here’s a Corvette fan in the making. Just look at that smile as he revs up to take the road in his shiny red C7 in this Facebook Fridays photo, first shared by Polo Montoya.

Yep, it’s clear this young one knows he’s driving one of the hottest Power Wheels around. In fact, I’ve seen that same smile on the faces of a lot of Corvette owners over the years. And after looking up the price, I have to admit, I was pretty surprised at how little it costs to buy one of these toy Corvettes.

Sure, $150 dollars or so isn’t necessarily cheap, especially with traditional Big Wheels going for about $50. But if you think about it, it’s really a small price to pay to make sure your kid doesn’t grow up dreaming of owning some German sports car or overpriced exotic.

Remember, not everyone is born a Corvette fan. There are some that need to be steered in the right direction.
