Corvette Powered Batmobile Tumbler for Sale

Only in Dubai. This Corvette powered creation is up for sale in the one place where it can perhaps even be considered road legal. Where outrageous isn’t enough, this Batmobile Tumbler replica can be yours… if you happen to have an extra $1M laying around. True to the actual movie car (shown in the gallery below), this one is articulate and adjusts its self according to speed.

The Tumbler is motivated by a 5.7 liter V8 sourced from a Corvette, but churning out 500 horsepower. Top speed is an estimated 150 miles per hour, though I’m not sure the fun factor of driving this car would really be present at that pace. Nor would the rear tires cope with such velocity. The front tires are a bit more apt for the task, being the tires you’d normally find on the rear axle of a dirt oval racer.

Anyhow, that’s not the point of this… car. You buy it because you know until the Batman vs Superman version of the Batmobile emerges, you’ll have a truly one-of-a-kind vehicle. Who wouldn’t want to be the only person in the neighborhood whose car is fitted with a system to emit flames at will?
