A Corvette Drive of Epic Proportions

Local clubs and communities are the lifeblood of our Corvette enthusiasm, and every once in a while it’s important to get out and drive with your Corvette buddies! That’s exactly what the Southwest Oklahoma Corvette Club did when they gathered a group of mostly-modern C6 and C7 ‘Vettes for a drive down the Talimena Drive during what appears to be the most gorgeous time of the year in that area. We’ve included a few photos from the trip here, but for the full experience, check out the thread chronicling the drive, created by Corvette Forum Senior Member jagamajajaran. As the thread certainly shows, any opportunity to drive your Corvette with your car friends should be seized with gusto!

While winter is in full swing in some parts of the country, there are areas that haven’t seen snow yet this season (or never will). If you are lucky enough to live in one of those locales, you should be planning a drive like this before the weather turns. And be sure to post up the photos from your journey on this very forum, as we always want to promote our members driving and enjoying their cars with other Corvette owners. Life is just more fun when you get behind the steering wheel on great roads with great friends.
