Tennessee Corvette Expo Celebrates 40th Anniversary
Tennessee’s Annual Gathering Continues to Draw ‘Vette Fans from Around the Country
40 years and counting.
That’s how long the Corvette Expo in Sevierville, Tennessee has been celebrating the iconic American sports car. The Expo takes place twice a year, and features hundreds of Corvettes and fans of the car flocking to the Sevierville Convention Center.
The Expo includes a number of events, including the Corvettes Cruise the Smokies ride, where a caravan of Corvettes get together to drive through the back roads of the Smoky Mountains. But as highlighted by ClaiborneProgress, the biggest draw for the Tennessee event has always been all that up-close-and-personal time with the wide array of Corvettes on hand.

This year, of course, was no exception. And while we’ve yet to find a great gallery of all the cars showcased at the March 17 – 18 event, we’ve managed to find the photo above on the official Corvette Expo website. It certainly speaks to why the Expo has remained such a popular event.
That said, the flyer promoting the event has a cool, nostalgic feel, which would make for a nice piece of artwork in any Corvette’s garage. And if there’s anyone out there with some more great photos from the Expo, please feel free to post them up.
We’re sure we speak for Corvette fans around the world when we say we’d love to have a chance to take in the full Expo experience.
