Corvette Forum Excitedly Announces ‘Corvette of the Year’

Corvette of the Year

With the forum voting across all seven generations, a C2 claimed victory, but you won’t believe what beloved Corvette generation placed last.

It’s that time of the year! With Jan. 1 just behind us, it’s time to highlight our Corvette of the Year winner. Winners from each generation of Corvette battled it out over the course of nearly two weeks of voting. More than 900 votes later, the margin of victory was surprisingly thin, with the winner edging out second place by just 25 votes.

Let’s start with the winner. We are pleased to announce “randy ransome’s” C2 Corvette as Corvette Forum‘s Corvette of the Year! This gorgeous big block Corvette took the C2 contest win with a total of 204 votes. Shown in the photo above, this black and red 427 is immaculate. Complete with red-line tires, we can see why this beauty was a winner. For taking the top spot, “randy ransome” gets rewarded with a $100 Amazon gift card.

In second place with 179 votes comes a much newer Corvette: “BAAD LS2’s” blue C6 ZR1.

Taking a solid third place is “PLRX’s” C4 ZR1. With 167 votes, it just narrowly missed out on 2nd place.

Just in case you were wondering, “randy ransome” wasn’t the only prize winner, either. Second and third place awards were also given $60 and $40 Amazon gift cards respectively.

Now that the voting is over, we are left with one question: What happened to all the C5 guys? Only 13 votes in total? You let your man down!
