Rare 2011 Corvette Z06 Carbon Edition Can Be Yours

2011 Corvette Z06 Carbon Edition

Painted in gorgeous Supersonic Blue and loaded with every option, this Z06 is a piece of Corvette history.

When scrolling through the various Corvettes for Sale sections, we frequently come across cars that grab our attention, but few vehicles for sale blow us away like this 2011 Corvette Z06 Carbon Edition. With only 252 cars built with this package for the 2011 model year, it is extremely rare while the long list of optional features make it that much more desirable to a collector or Chevy fan who wants to tear up the road and the track.

This Z06 Carbon Edition was posted to the forum by “ReddyZ06” and if you have been dreaming of having one of these rare LS7 cars, here is your chance.

The Introduction

When the OP first posted his stunning 2011 Corvette Z06 Carbon Edition for sale, he included a handful of images and the following information.

This low mileage highly optioned car came delivered in Supersonic Blue Metallic paint and has factory black headlamp bezels, outside mirrors, and wheels.

It has the 505 horsepower LS7 V8 and 6 speed manual transmission. The carbon ceramic brakes are remarkable.

This car with serial number 189 has the Z06 Carbon Special Edition Package which stickered at $15,705. The Z06 Carbon Fiber Package was an additional $3,995. The 3LZ Package another $7,170. MSRP came to $102,425.

This nearly factory original Carbon Edition Z06 has less than 15,000 miles, in fact it currently has exactly 14,000. The major changes from original delivery have been oil drain plugs, visor decal covers, and replace most fluids. Currently the GMPP Major Guard Protection Plan is good thru 7/23/2020 or 76,000 miles. The paperwork reads like it can be transferred for $50 to a new owner.

The interior and exterior are in excellent condition, the interior mirror does have some silver delamination however, I will attach a photograph.

All Pros, One Con

As you can see in the pictures here, this Corvette Z06 Carbon Edition looks flawless from the outside, with the pictures looking just like the General Motors media images from when this package was introduced.

It has all of the key upgrades, such as the Magnetic Ride Control suspension system, the carbon ceramic rotors under big Brembo calipers and Michelin Pilot PS2 rubber on the outside with all of the premium bells-and-buzzers on the inside. Pretty much anything that you could want from a Corvette Carbon Edition is included in this car, leaving buyers wanting nothing and at $60,000, it is well below the original sticker price of $102,000.

The only downside to this car is that the rear view mirror is delaminating, so the right side of the reflective surface looks a little funky, but that problem is easy to fix. Everything else looks perfect and while $60,000 is not small chunk of change, it is a solid price for such a rare Corvette.
