Oh, the Humanity! Corvette Catches on Fire while Charging

As bad as it looks, this could have ended up a lot worse. The 1990 Corvette, owned by Chad Wendel, was left charging when it caught on fire, nearly burning his house down. Luckily, Wendel came outside and managed to grab a water hose just as the fire began melting the side of his home.

The fire department arrived a few minutes later and put out the fire, but the Corvette was already way beyond repair. No word on what actually caused the fire.
