New Corvette Z06 Earns Top Speed’s Performance Car of the Year Award

Here’s one for all those naysayers to chew on: another car-of-the-year award for the new Corvette Z06.

This one comes from Top Speed, which recently named the higher performance model of the ‘Vette as the publication’s 2014 Performance Car of the Year over the Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat, the Jaguar F-TYPE R Coupe and the Camaro Z/28.

The win follows last year’s decision by Top Speed to name the 2014 Corvette Stingray as its 2013 Best Car of the Year.
