LMR Delivers World’s Highest-Horsepower C7 Corvette Z06

The new Chevy Corvette Z06 already comes off the showroom floor as a monster. At heart-stopping speeds, 650 horsepower and 650lb-ft of torque propel this beast practically into the stratosphere.

However, there are those who not only like to turn the dial up to eleven, but also like to do so while setting their pants on fire. The guys at Late Model Racecraft are apparently guys like this.

After some initial tweaking, Houston’s premier ‘Vette shop has now successfully tuned the highest-horsepower C7 Z06 around, and they are the first to achieve 700-plus rwhp.  In other words, this Corvette Z06 goes to 11.
