C7 Drag Races a 2015 Ducati Diavel

Now, let me just start this out by saying that this is a Ducati-sponsored video, so you can pretty much guess how the damn thing’s going to turn out.

Still, I find it pretty entertaining in how the C7 is now being matched up against anything and everything much like that showdown with the exotics I talked about here in an earlier report. In this case, the new Stingray has been paired up against a 2015 Ducati Diavel motorcycle in a ¼-mile drag race, which seems more intent on leveraging the new Corvette’s popularity to try to promote the bike more than anything else.

Yup, it’s just par for the course now with the new Corvette being the envy of so many car junkies.

Mark my words, we’re going to see some people matching the C7 up against speed boats and jets here pretty soon.
