Lingenfelter Announces C7 Performance and Body Upgrade
If you’re looking to add some supercharger power to your 2014 and newer C7 Stingray, Lingenfelter might just have the solution for you. They recently announced their latest upgrade option for the C7, and it includes a nice big supercharger, and a widebody kit.
The Edelbrock E-Force TVS2300 supercharger increases power to 624 horsepower, and boosts torque to 600 lb-ft. Also helping to make the power is the addition of Kooks headers and a CORSA Performance cat-back exhaust system. While not quite Z06 power, it’s a nice upgrade that should also sound good.
New, bigger wheels and tires come by the way of 20-inch Forgeline Wheels mounted on 335/25ZR20 Continental Extreme Contact EW tires. To accomodate these bigger shoes, the rear quarter-panels are flared an additional 2 inches. A carbon fiber extractor hood is also added.
While pricing hasn’t been announced, Lingenfelter say that this upgrade would still be less than buying a brand new Z06, and comes with everything you’d expect from a professional tuner. That includes dyno sheets showing the gains before and after, along with a 12 month or 12,000 mile warranty.
If you’re interested, go ahead and give Lingenfelter a call.
What do you think of these upgrades? Would you go this route over just purchasing a Z06? Let us know in the forums!
