Alepa Debuts Hot C7 for World/Pro Drag Radial

There’s certainly no question who will have the hottest car when the World/Pro Drag Radial competition gets underway for Lights Out 7 in Georgia this weekend.

This one-of-a-kind C7, recently unveiled by radial tire team owner Andrew Alepa, is a straight eye-catcher to say the least. We’re sure having such a hot ride has given the team’s returning driver, Rob Valden, a major morale booster going into the race.

The team will definitely need the lift against the heavy competition lined up for the event, according to a Drag Zine report. Couple that competition factor with the fact that they haven’t had a lot of time to test the new C7 dragster, and the team has their work cut out for them. However, given that the car’s twin-turbocharged HEMI was tuned by the team at Pro Line Racing, we fully expect this beast to find its groove fairly quickly.

After all, that $50,000 payout for first place in the race is a pretty huge incentive.
