Priest Driving A Red Corvette Charged In Road Rage Incident
You never know what to expect when you see a Corvette pulled over by police.
When you see a red Corvette being pulled over by the police, you may instantly think the driver of the car was probably speeding. You can hardly blame the driver for wanting to speed, especially if they’re behind the wheel of a beautiful C7. But in the case of a priest named William Rian Adams, he was pulled over for a completely different reason.
It all started when a driver of a Chevy Silverado called 911 to report that a guy driving a red Corvette pulled in front of her and slammed on the brakes. When she pulled along side him to find out what was wrong, he pointed a gun at her. So in the police dashcam footage, the officers pull over Adams’ beautiful vehicle and question him about what happened.

In the video, Adams clearly denies that he did any such thing. He says that the woman in the truck, along with her son, were throwing debris at his Corvette. He swore that he never grabbed the gun, which was located under the passenger seat. Unfortunately for Adams, the police still had to arrest him.
The Episcopal Rector was eventually handcuffed, and taken to the station, where he was formally charged with two counts of assault with a deadly weapon. He eventually was released two hours later after posting $15,000 bail.
The moral of this story is when you see a beautiful red Corvette pulled over on the side of the road, it may be someone with a lead foot going well over the speed limit. It could also be an angry priest with a sidearm. You just never know!
