Get Into the Eighties & Nineties Groove at ‘Radwood 2’ Car Show
Totally awesome car show set to roll into Southern California, Dec. 2.
Ever notice how car shows have kept the same qualifications for “classics” even as the years keep going by? Well, Radwood understands there’s a new breed of classics that fit the bill. Founded by a desire to see more appreciation for ’80s and ’90s cars, Radwood would be a favorite for late model C3, all C4, and early C5 owners.
Cars of the this era have a style that is seen as representative of the times. Angles and edges from the 80’s were a sharp contrast from a decade earlier. And in the 90’s, ultra smooth and round shapes became all the rage. Those two eras seem to remain unappreciated, until now.
After the wild success of the initial Radwood show earlier in the year, it was decided to make the second show bigger, better, and bitchin’. Hosted at The Phoenix Club in Anaheim, California, Radwood 2 will offer not only a car show, but period-style entertainment, food, and much more. Attendees are encouraged to don their most bodacious ’80s and ’90s clothing. And based on the last event, spandex, neon, and acid wash will all be representing. This promises to be a hella cool event.
Things kick off at 11am on December 2nd, with activities lasting to 5pm. And cars that are, like, totally important to the era will be treated to #RadwoodRoyalty premier placement during the event for all to ogle over.
Interested in showing your 80’s or 90’s car, or just checking out the scene? Car entries are just $25, spectators only $10, and free for children 12 and under. Check out the Radwood website here for the full 4-1-1.
