Corvettes at Carlisle 2018 to Raffle Off Corvette Stingray

Raffle ticket sales will go towards the Chip Miller Amyloidosis Foundation at this year’s event, Aug. 23 to 26 in Pennsylvania.

Corvettes at Carlisle 2018 is a high-energy, Corvette-only event taking place August 23 to 26 at the Carlisle PA Fairgrounds in Pennsylvania. This year’s giveaway will feature a 2019 Chevy Corvette and hopeful winners are encouraged to purchase tickets early for a good chance to win this beautiful two-seater.

In the past, the vehicle was purchased, names were drawn and a lucky guest snagged the car with the only associated cost was the admission ticket. This time, all proceeds benefit the Chip Miller Amyloidosis Foundation (CMAF) and raises funds and awareness for amyloidosis, a rare disease that occurs when abnormal bone marrow proteins build up in your tissues and organs. Chip Miller was the on of the co-founders of Carlisle Productions, and passed away in March 2004 from the disease.

Each raffle ticket sold is another $100 towards the foundation, though the value of the car does come out of money raised. The cash also benefits Clare House, a Lancaster, Pennsylvania based organization serving homeless women and children in a caring environment.  This is done through life skills training and support, leading to self-sufficiency.
