Uncovered C8 Corvette Image Exposed Ahead of Official Reveal

Corvette Forum members have spread the latest leaked images of the C8 Corvette, and, boy, do they look legit.

It’s been a busy day here at Corvette Forum. After all, someone just leaked an image of the new, mid-engine C8 Corvette, and promptly set the internet on fire. The forums are buzzing about it, too. While the harsh lighting, and poor quality in the image above doesn’t do wonders for the C8’s rear end, it does give us the most authoritative insight into what the newest ‘Vette on the block is going to look like, at least, when it blows past us all on the track, of the freeway.

The most divisive elements are definitely the tail lights. Which, of course, have people up in arms, because change is scary! This initial reaction is very similar to how Corvette fans felt when the C7 was revealed. Apparently, if the tail lights are not circular, people lose their minds. People claimed GM would never get their money, and, in the end, most people agreed that the C7 is an awesome Corvette.

We are going to remind readers that these low resolution images, with the aforementioned harsh lighting can make any car look bad. Also, it helps to be be patient. After all, the official reveal is on July 18. We will be there, and we will be bringing back the goods, with high quality images and video, so you can really decide if it’s good looking, if it’s ugly, or somewhere in between. We suspect that, like the C7, once people get over their initial reactions, that the C8 will still be America’s most beloved sports car.
