Top 5 C8 Corvette Easter Eggs
You’ve just purchased your C8 Corvette. Now, have a closer look to find all of the neat Easter eggs your new ride hides within.
It’s been a long wait, but at last, you have a C8 Corvette in your driveway. You’re among the first 20,000 or so to experience the big V8 behind your head instead of out front. You’ve got an eight-speed dual-clutch to give your left leg the rest it deserves, and a trunk big enough for two golf bags for that round of 18 where you’re sure to get a hole-in-one at last.
However, your C8 Corvette hides a few Easter eggs within its panels. So, before you go shoot the course record, why not see what treasures await discovery? We can help you find them, too!
Hidden Logos
Right off the bat, the new C8 Corvette logo makes more appearances than what you’d see upon first glance. In fact, the logo is hiding in plain sight upon your rear window. Specifically, the frit band, where the glass transitions into a black band for tons of reasons. Instead of the usual dots, though, it’s the logo.
Speaking of dots, another place where you’ll find the logo is in your speakers. The center speaker grille between the seats contains the C8 Corvette logo in its design, but you’ll need to look at it from the right angle to see it for yourself. You’ll also find little logos in the headlights and tail lights.
Finally, per AutoEvolution, a portrait of the Father of the Corvette, Zora Arkus-Duntov, appears on the windshield label in the lower passenger side, as well as a panel in the middle of the ‘Vette’s underside.
