Still no word on design, spec, or features, but here’s the logo and listen to the glorious sonics of the 2023 Corvette Zo6. #CrankItUp
Talk about a Monday morning surprise. GM just dropped a new tweet and YouTube teaser video officially (finally) confirming a Z06 model for the eighth-generation Corvette. GM plans to reveal the C8 Corvette Z06 — which we’ve been spying for months — this fall as a 2023 model-year vehicle. So hopefully that means mid-to-late 2022 availability.
Here’s what Chevy had to say —
Two years ago this week, Chevrolet introduced a revolutionary twist in the Corvette story: the first-ever mid-engine Corvette Stingray. This fall, the story will continue with the reveal of the all-new 2023 Corvette Z06,the supercar that will put the world on notice.
And here’s the video —
Amazing, right? Still no word on power figures or looks, but I think it’s safe to say that the flat-plane crankshaft rumors are true. Especially when you listen to this .mp3 file provided by GM:
Regardless, the Z06 is going to be an amazing track rat and canyon carver. Stay tuned for more! What do you think of the video? Let us know HERE in our forums!
