The right modifications can add striking custom details to any Corvette. But we’re going to need a little more than fifteen minutes….
One thing that all car enthusiasts can agree on is that very little can beat the feeling of taking possession of your new car. Well, unless that car is a 2021 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray convertible. The C8 Corvette is one of Chevy’s great triumphs. It comes off the lines as an exceptional beast.
But no one car can be all things to all drivers; even a 2021 Corvette. Drivers put their mark on their cars in many ways. A car like a Corvette can change one’s experience as a driver; as well as take on different roles on the road or the track, or both. Different drivers have different needs. Many Corvette owners want changes to better personalize design, performance, style. Especially if what they seek wasn’t offered as a factory option, or if the car is used. From custom plates to custom carbon fiber there are many ways owners can put their personal stamp on their rides.
The crew at Wheel Boutique have seen their share of modifications and custom builds; and document much of their work on YouTube and social media. Their latest work on a 2021 C8 Corvette Stingray not only show how different mods and upgrades can really elevate a car. Of course, most exceptional of all is that the entire build takes only fifteen minutes!
This car was just delivered from the factory for their client Joe in New York. The major areas they are focusing on are suspension, wheels, aero details, and exhaust.
Before
Wheels Boutique was assisted on the build from neighboring custom shop Detail Boutique. Why do they do this build fast? Two reasons: One, to show how accessible, effective, and even easy some of these upgrades can be–in the right hands. And two: Because they can. So why not?

They get to work. And it is a flurry of precision; and not a pit crew, as we initially expected. One of the biggest jobs is the exhaust. They install a full Fabspeed Sport Street exhaust with Fabspeed high-flow cats, Kooks performance headers, and Fabspeed carbon fiber exhaust tips.
The Sebring Orange color is extended to the new side vents and calipers. Ride height is lowered by about 1-inch, a nice slight drop without being too slammed. Another sharp touch is the ANRKY AN10 wheels in gloss black and 20″x 9″front/21″x 12.5″ rear Pirellis.
It is impressive what a big impact each change makes to the overall look, feel, performance, and definitely sound of the Corvette. Will everyone love the new rear wing over the Z51 spoiler? Of course not. But Joe loves it. And we kinda’ dig it, to be honest.
But it goes beyond looks in this mod. The new exhaust is unbelievably good.
Beautiful work by the crew at Wheels Boutique and Custom Boutique. This Miami shop not only showed their prowess in the video, but offers up a lot of great information on mods and upgrades for any Corvette; covering everything from aesthetics to mechanics.
Even when a car comes out of the factory ready to rev, there’s always a way to make it your Corvette, driven your way. Got fifteen minutes?
