The person riding on the back of this C7 Corvette eating snacks and recording stunt riders clearly wasn’t worried about the risks.
As most are well aware, stunt drivers are a different breed, the types of people that aren’t afraid to put their bodies – and lives – on the line, all in the name of making the kind of scene that entertains and awes the masses. Of course, these folks get paid to do these kinds of things too, but still, it takes a special kind of person to want to willingly put themselves at risk on a daily basis. In the case of this video from brian_636, that’s precisely what happened recently when someone decided to ride on the back of a C7 Corvette driving down the highway at speed, recording some motorcyclists performing stunts in one seriously dangerous scene. On a public road. With absolutely no safety measures.
The user in question is a rather popular and well-known YouTuber that has a passion for motorcycles, and churns out all sorts of content in that particular field, whether it be reviews or plenty of stunt riding footage. Of course, doing this kind of thing on public roads isn’t exactly the best idea, and we’ve seen more than our fair share of ugly accidents occur as a result. Regardless, this particular stunt might just be the worst idea we’ve seen in a while.
Undoubtedly done to garner views and reactions on social media, this stunt involves a person sitting on the back of a C7 Corvette while it’s traveling down Highway 71 in Kansas City, Missouri, right smack in the middle of the day. That person is having a bit of a snack, clearly unbothered by the fact that he could tumble off the back of the sports car at any moment, which would result in some pretty nasty injuries – or worse.
Not only is this individual not wearing something like, say, a helmet – which the nearby stunt riders are, at least – he isn’t wearing anything other than shorts and a t-shirt – not even shoes. Soon, he whips out his phone and begins recording the bikes nearby, which reveals the other purpose of this stilly stunt.

Obviously, this is a terrible idea, and this particular person is lucky they didn’t fall off the car and suffer any sort of injury. There are many safe ways one can record on the go, and this obviously isn’t one of them. Given how law enforcement has been keen to go after YouTubers engaging in dangerous public activities like this lately, they’ll also be lucky if they don’t wind up in legal hot water, too.
