These new C8 Corvette Z06 exhaust systems enhance the power and sound of the car’s LT6 powerplant while also shedding weight.

Thus far, the 2023 Corvette Z06 has proven to be a red-hot entity among not only Corvette fans, but also pretty much anyone who appreciates an exotic sports car. Much of the new Z06’s appeal stems from its amazing, naturally-aspirated, 5.5-liter LT6 V8, which sounds more like something made in Italy than America, with a distinct high-pitched scream stemming from its flat plane crank construction. Of course, while the new Z06 sounds great from the factory, there are plenty of folks that will want to unleash even more, and for them, the new Lingenfelter x Corsa C8 Corvette Z06 exhaust systems are here to deliver precisely that.

Lingenfelter has added not just one, but two different C8 Corvette Z06 exhaust systems to its catalog, both of which were designed in conjunction with Corsa Performance – the Valved Cat-Back NPP Muffler Exhaust, and the Valved Cat-Back Exhaust Muffler Delete Track system. Both feature three-inch pipes made from 304 stainless steel, braided stainless flex couplers, solid hangers, wiring harness extensions, and serviceable cast valve assemblies.

Additionally, the two companies spent some time toying around with the mufflers present in the exhaust system that includes it to eliminate drone, which has been a pretty common complaint among owners thus far, as it typically rears its ugly head below 4,000 rpm. Choosing to go with a muffler delete also sheds a whopping 31 pounds over the stock system, and utilizes Corsa’s new resonated sound tube to cut down on droning as well.

Opting for the muffler-equipped exhaust still saves 14 pounds over the stock system, and both of these setups have been dyno tested to increase output by 12 horsepower and 13 pound-feet of torque, to boot. As one might imagine from the well-known entities that are Lingenfelter and Corsa, both of these exhaust systems are designed to neatly integrate with the C8 Z06, utilize its exhaust tips, won’t throw any codes, come with a five-year warranty, and in the case of the Dual Rear Exit NPP system, retains the factory actuators and drive modes.

Currently, both of these C8 Corvette Z06 exhaust systems are on sale, at least for the first 10 customers who purchase one. The muffler-less setup is priced at $2,499.99 (regularly $2,748.90), while the system with mufflers is selling for $3,499.99 (regularly $3,848.90). Installation is also included as part of this special introductory offer, which means that if you’re considering such a system, now might just be the best time to take the plunge.
